Estragon - The Lost is Found

Estragon is, perhaps, the strangest city on the coast.
An ancient Dwarven stronghold, Estragon is now an eclectic mix of artists, agriculture and ancient constructs including the massive Sea Gate and a Riverway within the hillside of the city itself that has, occasionally, been the receiving end of strange creatures from the other worlds that make up the Titan's Keys.
Estragon hosts the largest market on Kylaria where it's said "anything" can be bought or sold.

Demographics

Estragon still hosts a large Dwarven population but Elves and Humans also happily make their homes here.

Government

The city is governed by a Mayor and Council with several Managers that handle major aspects of the city.

Infrastructure

Of the three major cities, Estragon benefits the most from Dwarven ingenuity and can be called the most technologically advanced city on the Burning Coast.
