The First Forest Fire

The first Forest Fire was a thinderin civil war which took place only shortly after their emergence and lasted for a little over three hundred years between 82520 BCE and 82229 BCE.
It was largely a struggle for control of resources by a group of clans speaking the Strong Wood motile language, pitted against an alliance of High Rivers speakers and it ended indecisively, although an important consequence was the forging and universal adoption of the Thinderin Galactic language. Galactic was based primarily on the standards of the non-combatants who are generally considered to have won the peace in the aftermath of the conflict.
