Archon Barnum Theodore Walter (a.k.a. The Archon)
History
Archon Barnum Theodore Walter is the head of the Galic College, and has been since the college has existed. The position of Archon is a lifelong one, and the only other way to remove an Archon is vote from the Headmasters.The current Archon is an Immortal so the lifelong term may have been an oversight. Archon Walter is well-liked, and unlikely to be removed from office by the Headmasters. Some notable achievements include, but not limited to, opening the college to all, regardless of race, starting the Association Initiative, and the construction of the student/staff dormitories.
Personality-wise, he is described as an awkward, and extremely anxious person when around others, he has however taken classes in public speaking, and it is not noticeable in any of his prepared speeches. If someone is able to catch him off guard with a strange question, or friendly ambush, he often reverts back to his awkward form.

While able to do any physical activity, his appearance belies this fact, his thin bony figure makes him look like a light breeze could snap him in half

Covered from his neck down in black feathers, His head is a large bleached avian skull, he is 7'2" tall, and with clawed hands and feet

His head is an unidentifed bleached avian skull, with two glowing orbs of fire floating in his empty sockets

He has been taught to stand up straight, and to take advantage of his imposing stature, although he is always holding his hands together, or popping his knuckles

He has been heard speaking: Galic, English, Latin, Sardathic, and even Drake. Although it's theorized that he actually speaks telepathically because, Drake is an in-born language only spoken by those born from Drakian parents. Yet this does not explain his awkwardness when caught off-guard
