Prophecy

The Book Of M.A.N., otherwise known as simply The Prophecy, is a religious text of unknown origin. First introduced in Phase 3 of Gorillaz lore, it supposedly contains some vital information about the world structure, notable figures and events, and presumably a description of the upcoming apocalypse.
