Direct Schooling

These are races who use classes and grades in order to allow for the most students to learn. They do not use direct mentorship like other races but these are the most effective means.   The base idea is that of either a single lecturer or a single location where a set education item is given.   These can range from Maths, Science to weapons. This applies only to the education of children.

    Trade Arts

Trade Arts are considered a more formal method of mentorships as they do not specifically allow for a link between Master and Student. The Master, in particular, must have a written or marked form of prestige. They do not work at all with individuals, are not the ones to test their apprentices at the end and must give out some form of mark of honor in the end.   This can come in the form of a tattoo, a certificate or even a brand. The most renowned version of this system is the Vusi-Ntabi school of Magic. More limited versions of these are spread across the nations of the Black Thorne.
