The Banished Earth/ Gods' Rift

A massive planet filled with multiple biomes and many continents. After fleeing the old earth because of global warming effects, the surviving humans discover a new planet that fits their needs perfectly, but without modern amenities over the first few generations, a change occurs and people go back to their more primal instincts. There is magic in this world, and it manifests itself in strange ways.
