Nembesta is a translucent dark purple color, and is surrounded by a pulsating radiant purple glow.

Nembesta is only warm to the touch when ground into a dust, where it can be easily absorbed into the skin.

Geology & Geography

Nembesta is found exclusively in the mountainous regions of Extora. A large convergent plate boundary on Extora is causing large amounts of Nembesta Dust to be released high into the atmosphere.

History & Usage

History

Nembesta was originally discovered by the Corporate State of Amtrone, but the company was unable to mine the material in high quantities. They use what little material they did gather to grant their assassins in the Bronze Guard special agility powers. Others tried to steal the material for their own uses, but so far no-one has been successful.

Discovery

Nembesta was originally found by Amtrone, but others soon found that they discovered this material and began sabotaging Amtrone mining operations. It is rumored that there are still warehouses full of Nembesta Stone on Extora.

Everyday use

Nembesta is normally used to grant special powers to a being. The powers do not go away once grated. The three powers include invisibility, teleportation, and quicker movement. Only one power is granted per user, and the strength of the power varies from being to being. The powers are time limited. Absorbing more Nembesta allows powers to grow stronger, but only for a limited time. However, users of the material keep a varying base level of the powers forever.
