Start of the Second Akenit Dynastic Period in Sunar

Invited to power after a mob swarmed the imperial palace and murdered Caneth III, the Akenit dynasty would reclaim control over the Sunarian Empire. Left on the edge of economic ruin, the first of this Second Akenit dynasty, Emperor Asq I resolved several of the issue that had destroyed the Canethop dynasty.

Asq's first act would be the complete withdrawal of Sunarian forces from Nebtka, mending ties with the country. Reinstalling several of their overthrown kings, the Sunarian Empire established a new status quo in the country, and began a system of international order that would serve as the lasting hallmark of their reign.   Focusing upon trade, discovery and diplomacy the Second Akenit dynasty, dropped many of the harsher tax policies of the Camethops, and focused its military into a policing force, meant to combat piracy and bandits. This had the effect of gradually restoring the empire's prosperity and solving the crisis left over from the warlike emperors, cementing another golden age of prosperity.
