The Pantheon's Brush

Before you sits a gorgeous paintbrush, thin like an Artist's. The bristles crafted from unicorn hairs, the ferrule made from the finest silver, the handle created from the center of the deepest part of the Arengold Tree itself. Emblazoned on the side of this paintbrush is a short message.
For those who are able to see such a brush, We offer you not only our blessing, But our creativity, our hope, and our prayers. Aid us in bringing light and joy to your world.

The Pantheon's Paintbrush

Item Level High level Artifact Aura Extremely strong Conjuration
This paintbrush is crafted of the finest materials, with bristles of a unicorn and handle from the highest quality bark of the Arengold Tree. The user may use Creation, as the spell, once per day. If the user wishes, they may intentionally take 10d4 damage to create something completely made up or different. For instance, the user may construct two members of a race that doesn't exist, or create a mundane item that hasn't been invented yet. For this to work, the user must be able to identify a minimum of 5 qualities that the item has; the brush will attempt to fill in the rest. The user must then make a check (DM should choose; Perform would work for most systems) to create the object. If used in this way, the Paintbrush deactivates for 7 days.

How to Find the Pantheon's Brush

To find the brush, the user must have mastery of painting in some way. This can be represented in many different ways, based on system. This could be Expertise in Performance, Master Proficiency in Craft (Painting), or some other specific intent to become a great painter, sculptor, writer, or creator. Once this is completed, the Brush may be found theoretically anywhere within the Canvas of the Arengold Forest. Popular locations for Filli to hide it includes the top of the tree (as the Strix who inhabit the top of the tree will viciously defend it), the Southern Gnarls (as the Grippli and hunters that visit the Gnarls rarely paint), or burried deep underground. This paintbrush is only a reward for an artist who dearly wants to find it.
