The Arcane Library of Gios

Centuries after a devastating war, humanity has since found their way, albeit with more primitive technological might. They have reclaimed lands once ravaged by the Phages, grown, and prospered again, as is the cycle of history - destruction and creation. Though men have mostly forgotten their ancient, more advanced past, remnants of the war still remains to this day, towering over the lands like guardians who have gone to slumber.   Many people from the past remain alive today, escaping the doom by hiding in shelters, frozen in time, waiting for the destined hero with the blood of the Phages to bring them back to life. This hero has been lost through time, and all hope of these ancient men coming back to life have since smoldered.
