Bottled Tongues. The pink liquid inside this bottle has a slimy consistency. When you take off the stopper, and put your ear to the opening of the bottle, you can hear soft whispers coming from the liquid.
When you drink this potion, you gain the ability to understand any spoken language you hear. Moreover, when you speak, any creature that knows at least one language and can hearyou can understand what you say. These effects last for 1 hour.
