Edgewater Hospital
In the city of Hartloch at the edge of Lake Cardys stands the Edgewater Hospital. Edgewater is a place of healing and medicine for the citizens of Hartloch as well as the stronghold of Kordheim.
The hospital was built during the Frostbitten War to deal with all the injured soldiers from the Kingdom of Wolfsbrunn. During these times, even people that could be healed by restorative magic were sometimes cared for in the hospital when there were simply too many injured people to take care of.
These days, Edgewater Hospital primarily provides therapy, surgery and long-term care for ailments that cannot be healed through magical means. Poultices, potions and other times of medicine the doctors and therapists use are provided by the alchemists at the Cardyan Alchemists' Laboratory
