Legendary Potion

Arcane Gift. While you are holding this potion and inspect it closely, the translucent blue liquid inside the bottle shows vague visions of your ambitions, hopes and dreams. The smell and taste seems to be different from person to person but is always described as a particular fragrance and flavor that are pleasant for that specific person.
When you drink this potion, you have to make an Arcana check (DC 15). On a success, you are able to cast the spell Wish once within the next minute without expending a spell slot. On a fail, nothing happens.
