Baron of Hartloch

The baron of Hartloch rules the city of Hartloch in the northern Domain of Nordherz in Wolfsbrunn. The baron is directly selected en put in power by the Duke of Morhan and the High King of Wolfsbrunn.
The domain of Nordherz is the newest province of the kingdom, which is the reason it was not made into a duchy, but made a barony which falls under the rule of Morhan. Since it's isolated location in the north, the Baron of Hartloch has historically kept close contact through messengers with the capitol.
