Velograthon claims to be a long exiled Prince of the Nine Hells. He is a being of order and was the natural choice to be the author of the Dominion Pact, and was therefore instrumental in the formation of the Malefic Alliance.

Velograthon is incredibly logical and cerebral. His intellect is considered unparalleled among the Six Paragons.

Morality & Philosophy

Velograthon is evil through and through. He is also decidedly orderly and lawful. He believes that a world without law and order is a world without purpose. He believes this so strongly that he adheres to any law he might write even if it disadvantages him. This does not mean, however, that he is unwilling to exploit every loophole and grey area the law presents, or that he will not create such loopholes for himself when he can.
