Weinadi diplomacy formally ends

After years of on and off trade with the local Weinadi, ties are formally splintered when the Weinadi state that war was declared. No further details are given.

The Weinadi cut all ties after a curt message stating that they will treat the Therrans as they have been treated. The Therrans are alarmed, and offended, since they don't think they've done anything (and they haven't, but the offense prevents them from asking more and attempting to address the issue).   By this point, the Therrans have long since forgotten that the Sundering people existed, and even those who do remember simply assume that they died out there. So no one realizes that there's a whole other group of people out there who could be doing these terrible things that caused the breaking of ties.   It's technically a declaration of war, but the Weinadi don't do anything about it, and the Therrans don't do anything about it. It's understood that they'll give each other a wide berth, and if they don't then people will die.
