A super cool ancient space planet is all post apocalypsey. The Big War ruined the planet THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO!!! :O Now there’s literal darkness trying to suck the planet’s soul out and become god of the universe! That’s not all! There’s a bunch of Dragons and shifty governments and swords. There’s some magic but it’s regulated. And somebody dies! Basically there’s a mostly uninhabitable world. It was left uninhabitable after an advanced magic attack scarred the land and the soul of the planet. Magic doesn’t work anymore aside from a few artifacts. Electricity doesn’t work because of residual energy in the air from the massive magic attack. Now The remaining factions/groups are at war over remaining resources and territories. Life is starting to reclaim the final liveable province. There are plants and animals beginning to thrive now 5000ish years later. Settlements are doing agriculture, companies are growing as industry and trade increases. People go out and try to tame the land and find ancient advance magic artifacts to collect or sell. One must beware of the fiends though.
