Moga's Wish Part 2: A Friend of a Friend
The elevator ride was the first moment the party found to relax since arriving at the library.
The “ding” alerted them to the doors opening, the critically old Lashunta man standing at the entrance. “Welcome back. Did you retrieve the book?”
The group members share a look before retrieving the book, handing it to Moga. He takes the book with reverence, running his hand over the cover, admiring every detail. He acknowledged the party before shuffling away. “Come.”
The lab was exquisite, high-tech machinery placed purposely in every available inch making quite the impression. Moga hustled to a machine, briskly tapping buttons as the room whirred to life. The room rearranged itself to make space for a pedestal rising out of the floor.
“You have brought this priceless item. I offer you the opportunity to use it first. Touch the book and ask a question. Be careful asking pre-Grap information, such knowledge has a heavy price.”
Plot points/Scenes
Moga greets the players on their return from the library. He allows them to use the book before offering to let them rest for the night in his lab, which reconfigures into a living space. Waking the following morning the PCs find Moga drinking coffee at his table, casually browsing the infosphere. He offers them a follow-up job assisting with a ritual to ask his pre-Gap question.
The players follow Moga across town, where he ushers them into another lab. He continues down a corridor, scanning a pass to allow them into a secured area. A maze of hallways, Moga eventually stops at one door and opens it.
He leads them inside. The door opens to a beautiful field. The group follows a stone path to a cottage. As they approach a Vesk walks out, wielding a giant axe, telling the group this areas off limits. He recognizes Moga and welcomes the group inside.
Everyone sits as the Vesk, Suska, begins making coffee.
Suska looks over the group, asking Moga if these guys will be up to it. Moga assures him that there won't be any issues.
After a nice chit-chat, Suska leads his guests to a trapdoor. He throws it open and turns to the players. He gives the players a circle made of six dull-colored veils tied end-to-end, a symbol to Sivanah before they set forth. The players descend into the dungeon, an old worship chamber to the god Zol-Kuton, Sivanah's eternal enemy.
The players return to the cabin where they are greeted by Moga and Suska. The powered medallion is given to Moga.

Moga wants the group to begin charging his imitation Force Cube using cosmic forces.
Rising Action
Moga takes the players to Suska, and shows them to a trapdoor to an underground area. They are asked to clean it up, with no other details.
Climax
The players encounter a creature at the back of the cave - a Hound of Tindalos
Falling Action
As the hound falls, his companions begin to swarm the area. The party rushes to escape.
Resolution
The group reaches the entrance, where symbols to the Gods protect them from the Hounds. They return to the cottage where they are given a pat on the back and told to get some rest.
