Tolkia

The kingdom of Tolkia the most ancient human settlement in the world, located in the northeast part of Lardon. It is arguably the most influence culture on earth – the common language created in it is spoken by many humanoids of all races, and the Tolkain calendar created long ago was the first to use the stars relation to Terrea as a base for diving the year and is used in most cultures today.
Today, Tolkia may be at its lowest step it ever been, deluted by wars and immigration. It became a conservative and violent culture, that have very little contact to its curious and inventive ancestry. Science and culture have been pushed aside the last hundred years in the means of survival.

Agatha

Perhaps of the most famous characteristics of Tolkia is its hard and ever-lasting winter. The winter spirit has stayed in these territories for so long that even history doesn’t remember what it started, and many citizens that didn’t leave Tolkia have never seen summer. The Winter spirit is called Agatha, and she is worshiped by many.

The iron fist of Ivan

Many of the member of royalty have putten their faith in a new leader, Ivan – a hard man with a heart as cold as Agatha’s. He was a general in the great war and led the Tolkian orc-hunter units in the forests for years, hunting down many orcish tribes in the broken lands. With this legion loyal to him and the support from some of the members of the council, Ivan started a revolt against Morbara, the current queen of Tolkia (his aunt) and managed to occupy a few cities. Civil war have started, but many thought it will not last long for Ivan’s forces were surrounded by Tolkain forces. But surprising all, the city of Never-thaw fortress have revolted as well executing the lord commanding it and giving its loyalty to Ivan. Now, it is unclear who will be the next ruler of Tolkia. Under the rule of The iron fist Ivan, many citizens founds themselves under strict supervision of the army and police. All must work, and those who don’t shall freeze outwide the city wall. Soldier have privilege rights over citizens, while more and more stone statues of Ivan are stationed in the streets. The citizens know the danger of war with Tolkia but are also raised in a propaganda of orcish tribes who will breach their cities, and if not them another false kingdom. They believe that Anoria must have a strong leader toe restrain order, and that leader is Ivan. In reality, these tribes and kingdom pose no serious threat.
Ivan is very clear about his intension to conquer all of the northern part of Lardon. About thirty percent of the population of Tolkia is under his rule.
