Dragon-borns
Most folks today think of the dragon-born as a country-less and bizarre race, who attaches itself into other kingdoms and cultures with very small impact on history compared to the dwarves and elves. Sometime they are even mocked for being reptile-like creatures, who do not give birth by hatch eggs instead, cannot eat vegetables and are known for their hsort temper. But the fact is, the dragon-born are a result of an ancient kingdom, who’s history was written in an almost forgotten language, taught only to mages and wizards: draconic
A rare kind
Unlike almost all of humanoids, dragon-borns are not mammals but reptile creatures who lay eggs, have cold blood, different organs, jaws and a tail. While many fear the dragon-born for their monster-like look and their ability to breaאי fire (some dragon-borns can breath ice, acid or even lightning), many others – especially scholars appreciate the beauty in their exoticness and rarity. There are almost no dragon-borns today, and most people outside of the merchant alliance will never see one in their lifetime. Inside the alliance, the dragon born are only 1% of the population, and exactly because of that many of them became obsessive in preserving their culture, language and social status.History
