Rowan Thed

Rowan typically resides in Innswood, temporarily acting as guard captain while the offical captain went to the war. While a very capable individual, she can sometimes be seen faltering in her judgements, often asking her fellow crownsguard to weigh in. She's a human with auburn brown chin length hair, broad and muscled shoulders, brown eyes, and wears a plate of armor with the Vrenian Crest stamped on it. The Vrenian Crest looks like a circled long seven pointed star. (she/her)

From interacting with her, you've learned that she is distrusting of words and allows actions to speak louder, and is rewarding of such. She follows the law, and as a guard holds either her nation or people high. She doesn't understand the mechanics of magic and often stumbles into confusion regarding it. She has a developing romantic relationship with Dune Laveau in Stonebridge.

Jed

Jed is a stout middle aged halfling male. He wears a rugged and patched suit, and a monolce over his eye. He owns a shop underneath his homestead, called Jed's Fine Cut Gems. It's a fairly small shop, only holding about seven individuals, but has display cases of cut and uncut gems and stones, with some already inlaid in jewlery. One notable item he carried was a ring of water walking. (he/they)

From talking with him, he seems very passionate about his craft and knowledagle in what he does, to the point that any comment borderline insulting makes him furious.

Sith

Sith is an interesting individual. He was once a part of a cult, stealing diamonds, making agrrements with hags, and poisoning water supplies. He was arrested and thrown in the Innswood holding cells. He acted crazed, mostly repeating, "the One Who Delivers" and variations of the phrase. With no other way in or out of the cell, unless with the key, he was mysteriously not found the morning after. Therefore his current status is unknown, however last seen he was disfigured, missing both an arm and an eye. (he/him)

Rowan is a reoccurring npc. After the temporary peace was agreed upon, and soldiers returned home, Rowan made her way north to Stonebridge to meet up with Dune.
