Dmitry is a Anarchist. Or so he thinks. A couple years ago he got into trouble with the Council, so best to err on the side of caution. He has an extensive collection of past knick-nacks, especially books in his illegal train “house” outside town. No one bothers to police illegal housing out this far, and it adds to the atmosphere of his rusty and dusty collection. Almost all the items in there were free, just like his house. Or taken from somewhere it wouldn’t be missed. A gun would be a nice addition to his slightly newer collection… Jay has one… maybe they could strike a deal and fool the International State together. Why on earth do they accept working for them in the first place? Dmitry always means well, but others don’t.
