Nifeil: Center of the Undava

A city lost, a place beneath the light, shrouded in dark, and misery, and death.   A city found, where light now shines, and laughter echoes through the halls, celebrating the unitining of two races. Celebrating the harmony of coexistence.   Nifiel has once again been found, and the rays of the sun shine down deep into its pools of dark waters.

Demographics

Verallian of different ethnicities and humans of different backgrounds have come here to live in peace and try for coexistence.

Government

There is more of a loose fitting government run by a head monarchial gov. that is just a branch of the "Militaristic" Government of Azeoth.

Defences

A city that sits at the center of an underground lake that only atttaches to the tunnels beyond via stone bridges. Its defensive capabilities lie in the natural build of the city itself and how hard it is to get to by large forces.

Industry & Trade

Alot of the food comes from SouthMarsh and from fishing in the UnderLake. Fishing (more like Whaling) has become a top demanded job.   As well as mining scouts, Gatherers, and different types of fish farms surround the outer edges of the city.   In the city Sigilists, Metalurgists, and Stone workers are in abundance and are slowly rebuilding and restoring the city , making the foundations stronger and better suited for living.   Alongside these are the normal jobs, from tailors, healers, stylists, litter the city.   One of the biggests aspects of Nifeil is art, music, acting, and other arts. From carving wood, to sculpting stone the Veral here have taken to a love for the arts . Being free from the influence of their diety of unification they have taken it upon themselves to explore more and more their creative minds and in doing so have made Azeoth and Nifiel a place to expeirience the best artists in all of the two continents.

Infrastructure

An old city made of stone and other unknown elements that shimmer in bioluminescent colors. There is a sharp square-like look to the buildings themselves, with differeent edges and slightly slanted rooves that start from the highest building and almost as if magic was involved, slant to the lowest building at the edge of the city, each edge of each slanted building matching up with the one before it, making it look like a single slope. Small gaps seperate the buildings creating narrow alleyways, some being wider than others nearerest the more solidly structured buildings.   However due to its abondonment some buildings have stone rot, and are slowly being fixed throughout the city. These buildings having their rooves flattened so as to commpletely contrast the slope, throwing the city off it's almost symmetrical design.

History

A city that was once lost to time. How it became abandoned none realy know as the city has no records depicting its departure. Upon being found there were no books, scrolls, wall writings anywhere within the vicinity of the city or within the labrynthal tunnels leading out from the city itself. There are tunnels and other rooms and buildings that have been dug deep into the lakebed but they are all drowned by the surrounding waterscape itself.   The City was repopulated by Muspeil' defectors and humans after and during the Freedom wars during Head Minister Tiberus' reign.   almost 200 years later the city coexists underneath Azeoth fully fledged and bustling as if it had never been left.
