Tunwich Wine is the famous beverage originated from Ronminar Isles, before the recipe passed down to become a signature product of Irgia Republic.

History
Tunwich Wine used to be a local drink produced at Eugal settlement in Eukalia. The exact way of how they figured out is unknown, but then it had been introduced to the mainland through Irgian trader at the oversea settlement.
With the taste of such beverage, Irgians became obsessed with it so much they traded with them. As demand went higher with more trust gained from the native, they decided to take learn the recipe, and finally brought some grapevines to plant them on their capital and distributed.
A few centuries later, plenty of vineyards and wineries was formed around the nation.
Manufacturing process
The fermanting progess usually take at least a week to years. The liquid is contained inside closed ceramic jar, with a little bit of tasting for quality checking over time.
When it's done, They might sell the entire jar or splited into another container. Sometime they use thick, colored glass bottle for hi-end quality wine to make it special and thus become more expensive.
