Terra Once Removed

In the year 2733, there are 37 brave cylinders floating within the asteroid belt of Kuznetsov. They carry the last of humanity, its hopes, and its dreams in the cosmic void.   Sadly, past actions have left many burdens. The Earth held dear now a crumbling wasteland. An aliens world, the first true extra-terrestrials burnt to ash. The ship carrying humanity through the heavens a rusting carcass constantly scavenged upon.   With these, the past is bleak but the future can be saved. An infestation spreads through the cylinders, endangering lives. Some brave humans combat this infestation. Elsewhere scientists rush for answers; and hopefully a cure.
