Legion Commander of The Iron Arcane

Describe the Rank and responsibilities of someone who's considered "in charge" of an organization, religion, or settlement in your world.     Lelselea Dawnbringer, Legion Commander of The Iron Arcane.   Golden, long wavy hair almost fully covers a round, beautiful face, even if scarred from numerous battles. Sparkling deep purple eyes watch over the road leading down from the citadel as if she yearns to be with the newly knighted Arc-knights as they start their lives for Iron Arcane.   She fingers the faded scar that still marks her. The Scar starting at her left collar bone, running up her neck to her cheek, and ending above her left eye. The Scar reminds her of the memory when she became the Legion Commander of the Iron Arcane. Living up to the reputation, she now teaches the squires that come here.   This is the face of Lelselea Dawnbringer, born a pig farmers daughter, now a true noble warrior among Arc-Knights. She stands alluringly among others, despite her scars, she still has that exotic look to her that makes men and women fear and desire her.   There's something enthralling about her, perhaps it's a knowledge she is the first female Arc-Knight. It could be that Lelselea stood face to face with a dragon and lives to bear the scars. She is more than just a woman, she is a weapon forged by Z'An-Ya to lead the Iron Arcane Arc-Knights as Legion Commander.   The faith of the men and women under her command proves she is a great leader. The story of her calling in desperation for divine help and Z'An-Ya herself choosing to answer the plea. Granting her the power to whisper the words "faithful in need" that collapsed a castle wall so her few remaining knights could save the captive gifted children.   Feeling her strength, perhaps it's simply her kindness, but nonetheless, Nobles, Warriors, and Mages befriend her, while secretly training to become more like her.
