Calaest

Created by Tal long before Teria was ever dreamt of, Calaest is a place where no man can go. Calaest lies far, far above Teria. No bird flies high enough to even brush its lowest levels. Some say it exists above even the everlasting stars.
The celestial high realm is the home of all of those dead who were worthy in life. The greatest men and women among the living go into eternal life in Calaest, those who accomplished great deeds or lived without committing a single evil act. The magnificent palaces and castles of the Cites Above can only be dreamed about by the nations of man. What happens up there is unknown to mortals, and shall stay unknown for all of time.
To put it concisely, all people wish to see Calaest, but very few die to live in that holiest of lands.

Geography

Nothing is known of the exact geography of Calaest, but many a larons has guessed as to what its landscape looks like. Some believe grand mountain ranges of pure gold stretch for hundreds of miles, while others believe vast plains of fattened wheat cover the land. Some say Calaest is infinite. Others say that it is no larger than Aiuera.
