Upper Bailey Castle
The upper bailey of Raven's Rock Keep is a military compound made up of the upper yard and the buildings and tents therein, the upper castle, and the wall towers surrounding the bailey. In times of great desperation the populace can be evacuated from the civilian areas of the lower keep and protected here in the upper bailey - but in normal times, civilians and those without special access are not permitted. A gatehouse regulates traffic between the two areas.
