S1 E20: The Shopping Episode

General Summary

In which the gang finds and pilfers a few things, sells some things, and buys some things...and plans on buying some more things.

• Kador has set the statue of Willow Candler out in front of her own house, drawing a crowd; but thus far he has made no move to restore her to her normal, not-alabaster self. The gang used the opportunity to thoroughly search her home, finding perhaps more than they bargained for; disturbing maps of nonsense places, star charts of stars not found in the night sky, and stacks of books full of madness and terror set aside and labeled in ways that suggest they may have once belonged to Quindarin. They also uncover a nauseating collection of impossible symmetric animals, such as a 20' long snake skeleton which is tails at both ends, and a dried out anatomical specimen of an unidentifiable torso pinned open with unidentifiable organs inside it. Glass jars with anatomical monstrosities line shelves in an upstairs laboratory. Helping themselves to whatever seems of interest or value, the party decides not to take the limp wax doll figurine that falls out of the curtains. 
• A large amount of electrum was traded for interesting wares at Falco Nixon's shop. The matrix for determining whether or Falco or Severina Shazgob might have an item works as follows - note that this applies only to the Keep, and other locations will have higher or lower chances for carrying particular items.

• The gang spent several hours shopping, and brought their wares back to the townhouse. The plan is to also pick up some more stylish clothes before the banquet begins. They were instructed to meet Kador and Bailiff Carford at the gate to the Upper Bailey at 7pm.
