Kush

Kush is a pointed-leaf plant which is found in warm regions, provided enough sunlight and water are present.
During the flowering period, Kush produces brilliant purple flowers which may be harvested and processed to produce purple dye, a valued item amongst clothing makers and so-on.
The leaves of the Kush plant are pointed and sticky, becoming more sticky as it matures until flowering, when they become less sticky over the course of 2 or 3 days.
The Kush plant has a potent sweet smell which around half of the population find pleasant, while the other half tend to find it too sickly.

Ecology and Habitats

Kush can be found anywhere which is suitably warm, light, and wet. It is an uncommon plant, but can be found in plains biomes, as well as near water sources in warm locations.
