Tarbean

The biggest city in Temeran with anything and everything someone could want to purchase or sell making it the mercantile city.  The city is ruled by the Guild Master's of the three top guilds: the Winchester Trade House (Lead by Thomas Winchester(Human)), the Glade Agricultural Guild (Lead by Valentine Dorset(Drow)), and The Captin of the Hooded Guard(Simon Elmcrest(Kalashtar)).
