The Second Prince of Altea has the quintessential Lowell look, taking after his father Garonlon. He is a strong and handsome man with brown eyes and sandy hair in semi-long, curly ringlets. Although taciturn and intimidating, he has an honest and modest personality. He is also a solitary person who doesn’t like taking in retainers he doesn’t know. Despite this, he cares deeply about his siblings. According to some, he is said to somewhat resemble his older cousin Zephiel. He is married to popular performer Azura Lazhward Lazuli della Aqua, the half-Elemental daughter of his father’s second wife, Shenmei. His cousin Inigo Lowell squires for him.
