Tel, the place where the elemental planes meet, and become a rare mineral called Jurean, found only in certain areas. For as long as history has been recorded, there has been a fight for the mineral, because it can be used as a power source. Wars rage between the inhabitants and yet none know of the things going on outside of their petty wars.   Above Tel, the gods of the planes fight for control of the planet, through those able to use elemental based powers- the Planeborns, seven individuals from all over Tel 'blessed' at birth with the ability to control a plane (one of the following: Death, life, fire, water, air, earth, and nightmares).
