House Albercombe has evolved andd survived through difficult times to still have the right to claim blood-ties to the very first Emperor Dragani. These albeit subtle ties have earned the family much respect, as well as their altruistic acts to support many researchers of the Learner's Perch and their strong status as accountants of the Empire. This respect has gathered throughout the years them a large amount of servants as well as a collection of rarities and oddities of Phorex Isles' history.Structure
House Albecrombe consists of its members, out of which nearly all are responsible for one or another area of business.
Gilles Albercombe is the headstrong leader of the Albercombe family and the inheritor of a nearly century-old business "Albercombe Finances". As a chairman of the company, Gilles rarely has meetings with the companies usual clientele and is reserved only for the companies most remarkable clients and allies. Patriot of the Dragani Empire, Gilles is said to be very absent from the day-to-day lives of the Albercombe family.
Married to the main House Albecrombe, Helvia is a rather successful businesswoman from Republic of Praesidium. Said to enjoy immensely freedoms available here in Dragani Empire that would not be possible in Praeisidum, Helvia acts as an attaché who understands how different emissaries and ambassadors of Praesidium wish to be treated. As such, her value to the company is immense when it is needed. Due to a very specific area of expertise, Helvia has filled the role of being a mother with much more ease than what Gilles has accomplished.
Gaining a somewhat expertise in mathematics after his time on Learner's Perch, young Rufin Albercombe seems to follow in his fathers footsteps. Calm, cold and calculative, Rufin has been able to make profitable business propositions for the family company by having the nerve to cut where cutting needs to be done. Not quite as charismatic as Gilles, but having a strong sense for a profitable bargain, Rufin is well-respected and fully expected to fill his fathers shoes once the time comes.
Somewhat of a black sheep in the family, although why is a question often asked by those outside of the family. Charming, charismatic and a born altruist. Mina is often seen in quarrels with Rufin and Gilles, both. Arguably the hardest working of the family, Mina's position is considered the lowest of the core family in Albercombe Finances.
Retired old chairman of the company, Bastien spends his retired years fully enveloping himself -and his household simultaneously- in his pursuit of history and collectibles. Patriot of the Dragani Empire and an enthusiastic student of history, Bastien wishes to "bring the legend of Phorex" to him as his physical condition is getting weaker due to old age. Therefore, one can find all sorts of oddities in House Albercombe collected by the former Chairman. These oddities vary from ancient elven relics to even some only known pieces of yuan-ti jewellry to exist within the nobility of Kir Vallen.
