Empress Vicente the third has been the ruler of Kir Vallen for thirteen years, following in the steps of her father, Emperor Brais Izan Nargani II. As an Empress, Vicente has made quick work of those who would judge her because she is a woman and has ruled valiantly with the Golden Company by her side. Sated to her kingdom that spans wide over the islands of Cauldron of Creation, the Empress has turned her gaze inwards. Exploring her vast kingdom and its riches, figuring out new ways and new edges to enhance the kingdoms glory even further.
As an Empress, Nargani is often looked up to and admired by the common folk. Others see her as the main reason to blame for Kir Vallen's high-tier slavery rings and slave market, while others see it as a necessary evil to keep Kir Vallen growing and as a proper punishment for the cities enemies. Claiming to be a devout pilarite, the Empress assures her followers and subjects that her upmost importance is the well-being of her kingdom and that everyone gets treated with respect and equality.
