Ashe
Tathilea's older, smaller, more distant sun - to most, a mere red speck in the sky, but one as constant as Cassilus and Miro. It shows faintly next to the light of its sister sun during the day but glares broodingly against the horizon at dawn and dusk, clearly not an ordinary star.
Naturally, Ashe is the subject of folk tales across all cultures, usually having something to do with a watchful eye. This perception was fueled by the invention of precision telescopes not long before The War, which captured solid evidence of its "blink" - in other words, the periodic dimming rumored to be observed by sharper-eyed races centuries prior.
More than likely the "blink" is simply Ashe being eclipsed by its own planet, though science has yet to prove its existence beyond a doubt.
