However, recent discoveries by Jhen Whispershadow have been made public at the Weaver's Guild Research Center in Misty Hollow.   If J. W.'s travel log is to be believed, the Serpentfolk had many uses for their molted skin.   The skin could be used in many different forms. In addition to being used whole, in shreds, or as a powder, the shed serpent skin could also be distilled and strained. The water could be used to make potions and tinctures while the engorged molting could be repurposed as well.   From the Ruins of Kahlizon, Jhen Whispershadow found evidence of magical artifacts, paper, watercolors, tonics and tinctures, jewelry, and clothing made from the shed skin. Some magical artifacts of note, include the:     While there is no evidence of the following, if you were to ask Jhen Whispershadow about the Serpentfolk's shed skin, she'd tell you that it's more durable than a snake's shed skin for several reasons but the most important is that the Serpentfolk were imbued with Basi's magic.   To shed their skin, the Serpentfolk of Kahlizon would traverse a trail to a temple deep in the Webbed Forest. Before beginning their pilgrimage, they would walk in circles in the water around the base of the Weeping Skull fountain.   To her best estimation, that'd be another reason the Spiderfolk attacked all those years ago.
