Plane of Death

The Plane of Death is where the souls of sapient beings go when they die.
Ever since the creation of the Necropolis the once sealed Plane of Death has been leaking energy into our world, allowing the dead to raise on their own. To counteract this, modern graveyards will have walls with guard towers that face inwards to put down any bodies that rise up again.
Physical entrance: To enter the Plane of Death most people will head to the Necropolis, looking for areas that were used as cemeteries for the highest concentration of death. Entrances will stay open for about a month. Occasionally entrances outside of the Necropolis will open.

Geography

No one knows the size of the Plane of Death though it is assumed to be smaller than the material world.
Notable geography: The River Styx.

Natural Resources

Souls and resurrection stones. Resurrection stones are rare objects that are the material component to raise people from the dead.
