Braemark
The northern island of the Sapphire Isles is primarily controlled by the Kingdom of Braeland. The people of this land, regardless of race seem to stand a clear head above others. Hence the nickname "The Land of Giants." Even non-natives who have children here seem to grow larger. Braeland itself seems primitive to outsiders and while there is some push to "modernize" the country the old traditions of the strong ruling over the weak has prevented a strong commercial presence.

There are many clans of Braeland. The strongest clans will be considered the king until another clan can defeat them.

Religion
The religion among the Braes is a mix of Saint worship and Druidism. The most common Saints are ones regarding war, power, and nobility. Druidism is more animalistic than in other parts of the world.
