Woodland Nymphs
Basic Information
Anatomy
Although they are categorized in the same family as fairies, and pixies they do not have wings and closely resemble humans.
Ecology and Habitats
The Woodland Nymphs typically reside in a rare kind of tree called a psithur tree but if the population grows beyond the capacity of the tree then they will sprawl underground, around the tree, or in neighbouring trees. Psithur trees are the only trees that are able to withstand Woodland Nymph colonies, and are at risk due to the fact its magical wood is usually taken by humans to practice lower forms of witchcraft
Dietary Needs and Habits
Woodland Nymphs are vegans and typically scavenge the woods for berries and other edible plants. In a Woodland Nymph colony, there is typically a group organized to search for food. They wear armour for protection made out of twigs, stone, and other resources found in the woods.
