I'm prepping images.
I've created the gallery.
I'm limbering up my fingers.
I have a plan...

Current State Of Mind:

It's odd having free/creative time after a year+ of being on-call 24/7. I'm not quite used to it yet. I took on NaNoWriMo again to get myself back in the flow of writing - so far, so good; I'm on target to finish early and have generated new material for book 3. I'm treating World Ember as an extension of flow-building, so my expectations on how much I'll get done are modest. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read this; I appreciate it.

Regarding Tamyrh:

One of my backburner projects is to revamp my content, including introducing custom CSS and the unification of image styles. Due to my lack of skills in the CSS department, I will farm that part out. I will fine-tune the remaining content over the next few months leading up to the publication of book 3, The Korpes identity.

News, Tangentally Related:

Sometimes life throws your curveballs.
I started worldbuilding elements of my books over 30 years ago - the plan had been to animate a more sci-fan version of my story as my 4th-year animation grad project. I completed my 3rd year in film animation but chose not to go back for the 4th (a long story involving a series of unfortunate events, crippling student loans, and a nervous breakdown).
I took what I had developed and converted it into an RPG (old school paper, pencil, graph paper, and dice). Fortunately, I had a fun group to playtest things with, so each of my alien species has been through multiple iterations while I fine-tuned them. The system is now complete; I need to put it all together and make it pretty. This RPG will include Tamyrh as one of its worlds. I'll make things visible once all the bits are in place.

This concludes my broadcast day...

A special thank you to everyone who supports me, here, on Patreon, or in other magical ways.
