Tamrin is a dynamic fantasy world. Developmentally it's approximate to our world in the mid to late 1600’s. There’s been something of a magic-based industrial revolution leading to great advances in arcane technology. People are more enlightened and life is easier, of course without the rough and tumble life of an adventurer, few make it to the higher level skills. And of course, as communities are built, social and class politics become more prevalent. As always, the rich get richer, and the poor get exploited.
