Orange Radiance is the most common type of Radiance that exists worldwide is the common thing to find where ever you go. This is mainly to naturally coming out of the earth often every day and it appears to have no end in sight,

This form of Radiance comes in the form of orange light that glows bright enough not to blind anyone when looking at it. Primarily being a soft glow that moves freely around and through things when airborne. It stays connected in small to large masses that are intertwined together. When seen, it reveals spiral and tethers shapes inside of it that are slow moving.

Warm Feelings

Orange Radiance is considered one of the least harmful of the types that came to be found. While it does not harm anything besides Gloomspawn, it does have a different effect on other creatures that makes contact with it. Most would describe it as a warm, tingling feeling that puts you at ease and remove the worries of the world around you like they were in the embrace of a loved one. However, that does not mean one should remain in contact with it for too long, as it tends to make one's mind drift off and forget where they are at times.

Orange Radiance can be found just about anywhere as it can be as common as the grass itself as it comes out every morning when the sun comes out as if it was waking up, known as a Radiance Burst. With some of returning to the earth while the rest remains in the sky for the rest of the day or through the night.

Orange Radiance is commonly used to protect from the dangers of The Gloom and its minions at its command. Being the essence of the first dawn allows it to harm Gloomspawn by burning them away and keeping them away. With Radiance Bursts, it can scatter them and force them to go into hiding. But Light Forging can be bound to weapons and armor to allow better protection from these creatures and dispatch them more efficiently. It is the main reason settlements have been gathering as much as they to store and use it to protect themselves in case of an attack. Being highly revered as a gift of divinity as the Congregation of the Spark often preaches about how it is meant to save all from the things that lurk in the dark. Many have taken this to heart and have centered it in many groups and organizations. It is considered one of the only means of defense when it comes to The Gloom, as it has been proven time and time again.

Powering Machines

Since the rise of the Glintlight Revolution in Ondelenia over four hundred years ago, Radiance has become an energy source that powers machinery that allows society to expand to a whole new industry. Orange Radiance is the most common type used in everything ranging from lights to vehicles to improve life. There is also the consideration that it is considered to be an endless supply of it, and it is more efficient than fuels such as coal and steam that were before then. Many have claimed it to be clean energy as it cause no pollution that harms the environment or is less efficient than other fuels. Making it the future of progress that many people becoming more reliant on since it first started being used.

Everyday use

Fuel: Due to the energy output of Radiance, it has been turned into a highly effective fuel that powers most machinery.
Gloom Deterrence: No matter what state is in Orange, Radiance can injure and destroy all things created from The Gloom.

Refinement

Orange Radiance can be turned into Blue Radiance if it's compacted together long enough and contracted. It will merge if it has no other place to move. This form of Radiance is much stronger than in its previous state and is more dangerous to control.

Returning Home

No matter what form or how it is used, Orange Radiance will always return to the earth and start again. This can be said for the different colors of it as well, as they will eventually return to the orange state as the energy is used up. It can also be said when using it with machinery as it will slowly escape the machine that uses it as fuel and escapes from the capsule that stores it. No one understands why it refuses to vanish into nothingness. Still, considering its origins, many have concluded that Radiance is an eternal thing that will always return to its natural state no matter how much time has passed.
