Hannibal De Luca

Pascal De Luca’s appearance can be unsettling at times due to his red skin and almost reptile-like tail that he gained as a result of an offshoot of one of Hammer Empire’s ‘enhancement projects’.
A captain in the Hammer Empire organization. Pascal ‘Hannibal’ De Luca is known for his detailed strategies and tactics when approaching an operation, some of which easily run along a more ruthless track. In addition, De Luca is one of the survivors of Project Darkwolf, which created the shapeshifting commandos that Hammer Empire will mix with regular troops on missions.
