Common Taboos

Near the end of their existence the orcs began to speak fearfully of Wechuge. It's theorized that this was their word for William Westergard. Baron Urbiger's analysis of the surviving orc language was inconclusive and he theorized that the word could refer to cold, hunger, death or a powerful monster. He noted that the peculiar nature of the orc language meant the word could hold all those meanings at once. This would mean they saw William Westergard as the cause and personification of their eventual cold, starvation, and extinction.

Varkgorim- Last King of the Orcs

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

A highly tribal and warlike species they were united into a single force by their leader Varkgorim. They launched a violent invasion of Westergard as well as the elven realms and dwarven lands. Though initially successful their invasion was repulsed after William Westergard beheaded their leader Varkgorim in personal combat. William and his army would hunt the remainder of the orcs to extinction over the following decade.
