Personal history

Born in Orston to a poor family, his father was a shoemaker and his mother stayed at home, taking care of Charles and his 2 younger siblings.

Growing up, Charles was very innovative, thinking of new ways to do old things. He received praise from his younger siblings, for his genius. His father only held a sort of resentment toward his son, who had far more promise than he did as a child. Charles left for Dellmere to train to become an alchemist.

Charles learned quickly, and with the expert tutelage of the head alchemist in Dellmere. After that he became a traveling potion seller, helping out wandering adventurers, until he met Clara.

When Charles met Clara, it was love at first sight, they got married shortly after. He moved in with her family in Silver Creek Port and set up a shop. He has two daughters, Andrea and Elizabeth.

Education

Charles was an apprentice to an alchemist in Dellmere for upwards of 5 years.

Employment

Worked as a traveling alchemist for 18 years before settling down. He started an potion shop in Westren and stayed there for many years, until deciding to go out and spend the rest of his life adventuring again.
