Controlled green Dragonborn either live on FABCA4D9-4 or other League-controlled territories. Refugees live in FABCA4D9-Belt or on FABCA4D9-3.

Naming Traditions

Names are non-existent among the Controlled. Among members of the League and refugees, names typically follow traditional Dragonborn naming schemes.

Major Organizations

The green Dragonborn are split into two main groups, those involved with or controlled by the League, and those that are refugees of the Nanobot Crisis. The leaders of the League control the Controlled via brain-implanted nanobots for their own gain. The refugees try to survive and escape the system-wide conflict, and are occasionally play a minor role in it.

Average Technological Level

The main weapons of the League are nanobots. Usually, the nanobots are designed to find the brain of any living being and take control of it by jacking into and changing the neurons. A transmitter sends data about the organism back to the League command center. The oligarchs can then send commands that control the organism through the nanobot implanted in the brain. There have been no effective methods for counteracting the nanobots, and manual removal results in fatality.

All green Dragonborn speak Draconic. Some refugees living on Planet FABCA4D9-3 have learned Universal Standard. The League communicates to the Controlled through a programming language.
