Where Would You Like To Build?

Synergasia
Synergasia has been laid out to provide a plethora of choices when it comes to regions for creating your part of the world.   The map above has been tagged with the numbers for each region for simplicity, until these regions have been claimed.   What are you looking for in a region? Are you looking for something with a wide variety of biomes? Regions like 3, 4, 5, and 24 give you biomes varying from subarctic and arctic to tropical and desert in one region.   Looking for regions suited to seafaring nations? Regions 1, 2, 5, 8, 12, 26, and 31 are great candidates.   If a desert wasteland is what you are looking for, check out regions 14, 17, 20 and 21 which all feature wide swaths of desert/arid regions.   If a region suited to agriculture is of interest, look halfway between the equator and the top and bottom edges. These are the sweet spots for temperate zones.   This planet has been planned with no axial tilt, so both the northern and southern hemisphere share seasons at the same time, with seasons being caused by distance from its sun, rather than precession of the planet's spin.   There are significant seismic regions with trenches in the oceans where tectonic plates are separating and mountain ranges whre plates are colliding. There is a layer of the map that indicates where these plate boundaries are. Any land within 500 miles of a plate boundary may be subject to seismic events, and shorelines within 2500 miles of a boundary are subject to the possibility of tsunami.   On the tectonic layer, dotted lines represent areas where the plates are separating, making for deep trenches and much volcanic activity. This can even create new islands periodically as the magma make its way to the surface. Dashed lines are where plates have collided or have pushed together landmasses creating mountain ranges.   Hopefully, you'll find a region that suits your fancy. If so, be sure to complete the first prompt on the We Need You! page, and see if you can claim a spot!
