Completely human, mostly white with some Latinx, mostly the upper-middle class, heavily influenced by the Company and the military

Government

Run similar to that of Rome, but instead of an Emperor there is a Chancellor who is elected every five years with no term limits.

Defences

A two hundred foot wall that encircles the entire city. Plasma guns are mounted every hundred feet. Military hover vehicles patrol the city at all times. Only three ways into the city. The wall extends another hundred feet underground.

Infrastructure

Think Dubai on steroids with no building shorter than three hundred feet, and well established hover car lanes
