Neled'laben'canad
Neled'laben'canad (also known as Elven City 354, or E-354) is a 185-toothed cog in Mechanus. Exactly half of its massive topside surface area is an urban settlement designated as the Elven capital, while the other half is a dense forest.
Districts
E-354 contains 235 districts divided into polygonal regions, each managed by local councilmen.
Mein District
Mein is the central district of E-354, both in location and in government. It contains the House of Elders, United Defense Force headquarters, two substantial markets, and recreational amenities.

Sairina Market
The Sairina market is a shopping area dedicated to magical goods and services.
Egel'aedaith District
Egel'aedaith is a district located in the eastern region of the city. It is primarily known for being the only place in the city that houses any place of worship for non-Primus deities.
